- To be filled in by importers of refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump equipment charged with hydrofluorocarbons, where the hydrofluorocarbons contained in the imported equipment had previously been exported from the Union and acquired by manufacturers of equipment directly from the exporting undertaking, and had been subject to the hydrofluorocarbon quota limitation for placing on the Union market — Article 19(5) of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 and point 6 of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) No 517/2014
