Notice concerning the date of entry into force of the amendments to Annexes I, III(a), III(b), IV(a) and VI of the Agreement between the European Community and Canada on Trade in Wines and Spirit Drinks [2025/804]

By means of its Decision No 1/2024 of 4 April 2024 ( 1 ) , the Joint Committee established by the Agreement between the European Community and Canada on Trade in Wines and Spirit Drinks, decided to amend Annexes I, III(a), III(b), IV(a) and VI to the Agreement.

The EU confirms the completion of its internal procedures necessary for the Joint Committee Decision to come into force.

In accordance with Article 2 of Decision No 1/2024, the amendments shall enter into force on 1 June 2025.
